Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer
He was born and raised in Athens. From a very young age, she was involved in rhythmic gymnastics at the championship level and dance. She graduated from the Gymnastics Academy (T.E.F.A.A.) with a specialization in swimming, while during her studies she was a member of the handball team of the M.G.S. Panseraikou.
He holds diplomas from the English ISTD system for modern dance and has attended jazz and musical theater seminars.
She engaged in the pilates method completing her studies at the AF Studies school, while she is also a TRX Suspension trainer and Aerial Yoga instructor. Today he works as a pilates instructor, trying to listen to the needs of each practitioner.
