He was born in Athens and grew up in Chalkida. At the age of 18, she came to Athens, studied and graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (TEFAA) of the University of Athens, specializing in orchestral music and sports management. She has been involved in dancing since she was young and holds diplomas from the English Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing system in ballet and modern dance. She is a certified Pilates Instructor and yoga instructor from AF studies. She has almost 15 years of professional experience in both pilates and personal training, while in recent years she has been dealing with strengthening, correct body posture, musical dynamics as well as theatrical play, specializing in children.
