Aerial Yoga is a complete fitness system that combines the science of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics and the art of dance. It helps us discover new aspects of our personality and overcome our fears using the support of a hammock as a tool that turns our world upside down! The practice of Aerial Yoga includes warm-up, flexibility, balance, breathing and recovery exercises, swings, aerial yoga postures, acrobatic games, aerial choreographies, and always ends with a deep aerial relaxation (savasana). Some of the benefits of Aerial yoga are strengthening of the whole body, repositioning the body in the anatomically correct posture, decompression of the joints, revitalization of the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory systems, better blood circulation, increased reflexes and concentration, well-being and good mood . It is aimed at everyone, regardless of experience and age and is suitable for people who have back, neck, shoulder problems as well as for those who suffer from tension and stress.
