Aerial kids yoga is an alternative form of exercise that is constantly becoming more and more popular due to its numerous benefits to the physical, physical and psycho-emotional development of children.

At Aerial Kids Yoga, the exercises are done using the hammock and are aimed at children aged 5 to 12 years. Each class combines physical exercises, swinging, partner-acro yoga, games, painting, breathing and relaxation exercises.

Through play and swinging, the lesson becomes exciting for every child! The body and mind are freed, the nervous system is calmed, fears are overcome as the body becomes strong and flexible at the same time. Inverted postures lead to oxygenation of the brain and rest the heart. It also improves concentration levels through exercises and controlled breathing.

It teaches children to coexist smoothly in a group, cultivating a sense of mutual support and non-competition. Through cooperation, the child learns to express himself and gains self-confidence.
