Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga consists of sequences that unfold in continuous flow, harmonizing movement with breathing. In Vinyasa Flow the postures are organized in a logical order, each change is connected to the next with smooth transitional movements and the whole practice is synchronized with deep breathing. It is aimed at everyone as the body is prepared so that each posture (asana) can be achieved comfortably gradually from the mildest to the deepest variations, with the help of movement. Through this process the breath and the mind are freed. This creates a connection of the practitioner with self and others on a level that is more positive and meaningful, so that peace of mind can occur.
