Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha yoga is the basis of all existing Yoga systems and is suitable for learning the fundamental principles and techniques that will cultivate awareness and self-control. It consists of traditional Asanas, breathing, relaxation, concentration and detoxification techniques and its exercises are done with mild intensity, slowly, gradually and with detailed self-control. The term "hatha" in Sanskrit means "sun" and "moon" and refers to the union of opposite elements in the universe. Through the natural sequence of exercises, breathing and meditation, it aims to balance the mind and body and reveals our hidden physical and spiritual potential. Hatha yoga techniques reduce stress, relax, strengthen, exercise the body globally, to improve posture and imbalances of the musculoskeletal system.
